FallGuard Detector for Computer & Raspberry Pi
FallGuard Detector turns a Windows computer or Raspberry Pi with a camera into a smart safety watcher. It generates a device ID, monitors for long laydowns and possible falls, and works together with the mobile app to reach family members in time.

Few Things to Know Before You Download
- About App version: Select Windows (x64) for most laptops/desktops, Raspberry Pi 4/5 for newer boards, and Raspberry Pi 3B+ for older Pi devices. If the video feels slow or CPU usage is high, try selecting a lower performance level (High/Standard/Low).
- About Work in the dark: FallGuard requires a night-vision camera with infrared LEDs to detect movements in low-light or no-light environments.
- About Camera Quality: Detection accuracy depends greatly on the clarity, brightness, and frame rate of your camera. Higher-quality cameras generally lead to better results.
- About App Limits: FallGuard is an actively developed product that undergoes ongoing updates and improvements as part of its research and refinement process. While it works well in many home senarios, it cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Some missed detections or false alerts may occur, and I am continually improving the system based on real-world feedback.
